Architecture, design, and landscaping are the cardinal themes the publishing house has been exploring for the past years, issuing superior quality books for the world market, all in bilingual Italian/English editions. Grouped into ongoing series, while many titles cater directly to professionals in the field, they are accessible to anyone interested in following trends in contemporary architecture and related sectors in Italy and abroad, namely, design, furnishings, exhibition installation, fashion, and entertainment. The series entitled New Italian Environments is devoted to Italian architecture of diverse kinds - shops, stadiums, hotels, housing, window display, villas, discothèques, lofts, rehabilitation schemes, bars, restaurants - providing a vital up-to-date tool for professionals, while documenting the unfolding history of recent architecture. A selection of recent interior designs in the United States is contained in the series International Architecture & Interiors, while new Italian trends are covered by the Italian Design series. Produced in pocket format, the Menhir series affords individual profiles of international designers or new voices in the world of architecture and design, thereby offering insights into different trends and styles. The Meteoriti series addresses new projects through an association of narrative and image. The deluxe Wunderkammer sets, printed in limited edition, are devoted exclusively to the medium of photography. Meanwhile, from 1987 to 1996, our limited-edition Annual Diary focuses each year on a chosen contemporary architect and has rapidly become a collector's item. Precious one-off volumes, anastatic reprints, and posters of past exhibitions held in the gallery, complement the house's own publications, together with the special bibliographical catalogues of new and rare books complete with descriptive summaries, providing an indispensable tool for scholars, researchers and bibliophiles. Edizioni L'Archivolto takes part each year in the Buchmesse in Frankfurt, and its publications can be found in all fine bookstores around the world.
